All purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
IslandScan provides educational information only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Content generated by the App, including AI-based nutrition analysis, supplement insights, and fitness-related suggestions, is for informational purposes only.
You should consult a licensed physician, dietitian, or qualified healthcare provider before making dietary, supplement, or health decisions. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Use of this App does not create:
The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the App.
In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), we operate a notice and takedown policy that allows any individual or entity to report content they consider to be illegal.
Single Point of Contact. Notices regarding illegal content may be submitted to our designated single point of contact at support@theislandscan.com. This is the primary electronic channel for communications relating to illegal content under the Digital Services Act. Communications may be submitted in English.
Notice and Action Mechanism. To enable us to assess a report, please include the following in your notice:
We will process all notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and objective manner. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your notice and will be informed of our decision in respect of the content to which the notice relates.
Statement of Reasons. Where we restrict, remove, disable access to, or otherwise act upon content in response to a notice or on our own initiative, we will provide the affected user or content provider with a clear and specific statement of reasons for that decision. The statement of reasons will include, where applicable, the action taken and its scope, the facts and circumstances relied upon, the legal or contractual grounds for the decision, and information on the available avenues for redress.
The App uses artificial intelligence technology, including systems such as Google Gemini.
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete interpretations. Users should independently verify important information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IslandEnterprise shall not be liable for:
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.
IslandEnterprise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may delete your account and request removal of your data at any time. Upon account deletion:
To delete your account, use the "Delete Account" option in your profile settings or email support@theislandscan.com. Deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone.
IslandEnterprise may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, and all disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Barbados.
